Matters in which the firm is involved include but are not limited to the representation of thousands of clients before the Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Immigration and Citizenship Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection, the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Federal Court system. Our specialization is in the area of employment based immigration law, also including e-verify, the preparation and filing of petitions and applications for immigrant benefits and discretionary relief, appearances of counsel at deferred inspections, adjustment of status, and other interviews; the representation of clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review during exclusion, deportation and bond proceedings; the representation of clients before the Department of Labor and the preparation of Labor Certification Applications, Labor Condition Applications, and such other Department of Labor application, petitions, and processes as are required in the Immigration and Nationality Act as a prerequisite for immigration benefits; the representation of clients in matters of original and appellate jurisdiction before the United States District Courts and United States Courts of Appeals.
In addition, we work with other attorneys on an of counsel basis who can handle matters such as medical malpractice, personal injury and accident cases, real estate cases, family law, patent law, and criminal law matters, and speak Spanish, Mandarin, French, German, Dutch, and Greek.
